SIZING & COLOUR

I do my best to describe the MODERN fit of an item, please read descriptions carefully as actual measurements will be noted on most items. I recommend measuring a similar, well fitting garment and then comparing. 
Due to the many variations of monitors, phones and browsers, colours may appear different on each device. Please note photos are often slightly filtered. Please reach out if you would like an unfiltered photo sent to you.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that all sales are final - The Oak Closet does not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations. Keep in mind that Preloved/Vintage pieces may show minor marks and/or signs of wear, all are pre-loved and sold as is. Please read descriptions carefully as I will describe any obvious flaws. If you have any questions please contact.

SHIPPING

Items ship via Canada Post within 2-5 business days of your order placement. All US/International orders will both tracked and non tracked shipment options, if you choose a non tracked shipment there is no way for me to check on your order once it leaves my door.  All Canada shipments are tracked. The Oak Closet is not responsible for any duty fees which may be applied upon arrival with US/international orders. 

Shipping can be expensive! I wish there was a way for me to make it cheaper, i usually end up paying more out of my pocket and don't charge for any packing supplies!

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available in Southwest Calgary AB. Once your order is placed please email or instagram for address and to set up pick up time. 

E-TRANFSER

If you chose to pay via E-transfer, please send funds to theoakcloset@gmail.com immediately after completing order.
